You could try to take more of cow’s milk so that could strengthen the nerves, muscles near the eye area.

I have a family member this happens to in times of stress. It always seems to happen to him at work and never at home. That was his first clue.

It sure is annoying. I agree it’s probably caused by stress or lack of sleep. I’m just starting to worry that I’ll have to deal with Eyelid Myokymia from now on. It’s been some months since it started. I see you have a site about it, I’ll definitely check it out. Thanks.

I’ll be willing to wager its due to stress and nothing more - it’ll go away in a few weeks. Had it for a while while I was working on my master’s thesis. But it was annoying while it lasted.

This happens to me too. I also get some strange muscle spasms in my hands after typing a lot. Definitely annoying, and glad to see I’m not the only one.
